May 2019. Príncipe de Viana Edición Rosa 2018 receives 91 points from the wine challenge organized by renowned The Drinks Business magazine.
Bodegas Príncipe de Viana’s special Rosé is made with Garnacha Tinta grapes from a single vineyard which has been managed towards the winemaking of rosé wines exclusively for over ten years.
It is probably the utmost care for the vineyard as the true author of this wine which makes it outstand among the thousands of rosés on the market.
The result is a high-quality wine with a soft satin pink colour with pale rosa reflexes, aromas of fresh strawberries and hints of flowers.
Príncipe de Viana Edición Rosa has been chosen One of Spain’s best three rosés by CIVAS (Akatavino) Sommeliers of Spain wine contest. Also, Guía Peñín granted the 2017 vintage 91 points, the same rating as the Global Rosé Masters last year.
A special mention must be made of Spain’s main newspaper El País which chose it among Spain’s 10 Best Rosés under 10€.
